All customers who place an order on vientopadel.com establish a commercial relationship with Viento Srl and therefore accept the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Shipping costs:

Purchases made on vientopadel.com up to €99.99 will be charged with a shipping cost of €9.99. For all purchases whose total amount is equal to or greater than 100.00 euros, shipping will be free for the customer.

2. Methods of Shipping and Delivery Times:

All shipments will be made by courier Mail Boxes Etcetera.
Orders are shipped by Viento Srl from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following Monday.

Estimated times for delivery from the date of shipment:
Northern and Central Italy within 48 hours, Southern Italy and the Italian Islands, 72 hours.

Viento Srl is not responsible for any delays due to external causes beyond its control.

Upon the arrival time of the goods, customers are requested to carefully inspect the package before signing  as proof of delivery of the shipment. In the event that there is evidence of tampering with the package, customers are requested to immediately report the incident to the courier and contact Viento at info@vientopadel.com. Any complaints regarding damage, lack of delivery, or delivery to an incorrect address, must be sent to Viento within a maximum of 10 days from the delivery date shown on the courier's website, otherwise it will not be accepted.

3. Payments

On vientopadel.com you can buy through the following methods:

PayPal: Your credit card details are never stored in our computer systems. Through this circuit it is possible to pay in real time through your PayPal account or by credit card. More information on paypal.it.

4. Returns

For all purchases made on vientopadel.com, the return is free and the following rules apply.

If, the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be returned for a change in size or model. The amount paid will be refunded to the customer within 14 working days from the receipt of the goods by Viento Srl. The rackets are excluded from any return operation.

Return Instructions:

To request a return authorization, just send an email to Hello@vientopadel.com indicating the order number and the reason of the return;
The courier and method for returning the goods will be indicated in the email sent by vientopadel.com
The return shipment made with the courier indicated by vientopadel.com will be FREE; If the return is sent using a different courier, all costs will be charged to the customer;

Article exchange: It is possible to exchange only for a defect of the same article, if available;

Refund: The refund will be made as soon as the return arrives at the vientopadel.com warehouses and the items have been checked. For orders paid by Paypal, Credit Card, the amount will be returned to the original account.
The return shipment must take place within 14 days of receiving the order.
The garments must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of usage.
Each garment must be returned including all the original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order.
In the event that the goods received are defective in any way, or that errors occur in the shipments done by Viento, the Customer is required to follow the same instructions above.
Viento padel reserves the rights to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for defective goods and to bear the shipping costs for returning the goods to its warehouse;
Viento reserves the right not to accept returns sent with couriers other than the one indicated in the e-mail with the return instructions if the delivery involves additional costs for Viento or requires collection at a branch of the courier;
Viento also reserves the right to refuse returns that are not authorized or that do not comply with all the stipulated conditions. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address. Any acceptance of such returns in any case involves a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.
For all aspects not specifically covered by these Terms and Conditions, the Italian and European legislation for distance commerce prevails.
